These are the terms and conditions of Martin Seabrook trading as MSEYE-DESIGN and MSEYE

Privacy

We only collect and store data entered by users on our forms. All information recieved is treated in strict confidence and is only used for our internal administration purposes and for contacting users where they have requested us to do so.

FREE Website Health Check

Users can request this service by completing the form on our website and pressing the submit button.

On pressing submit the details entered on the form are sent to us by email and we respond by email usually within 3 days with our recommendations and proposals with regard to; W3C Code compliancy, Search Engine Optimisation and Suggestions for improving the website performance and design

By making this request users are not obligated in any way to accept any suggestions or proposals that we may make.

We will not commence work until we have received email acceptance of our proposals,agreed payment terms and recieved deposit payment where applicable.

Payment Terms

Our terms are usually 50% deposit and balance on completion for new clients, or we may propose other specific terms when making recommendations and proposals
